A North County village with Main Avenue storefronts, garden nurseries and local history collections. Fallbrook is an unincorporated San Diego County community; its downtown can anchor a visit, while gardens and museums call for separate stops and a little advance planning.
People made the city.
Main Avenue and nearby Alvarado Street form a compact downtown cluster. Mission Road has additional shops and restaurants. Reche Road and surrounding community roads lead toward nurseries and more dispersed destinations. Fallbrook is unincorporated, with county services; listings use verified Fallbrook addresses and do not silently include Rainbow or neighboring cities. Read the local history.
